Extracting data from a database is simple with Omnivex SQLLink.
Compatible with any database that supports ODBC such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and even Microsoft Access, SQLLink will run any SQL query to extract and process data.

SQLLink allows you to set up several different SQL queries and push their results into DataPipe. These can be automated to run at defined intervals to keep the data updated and current.

This data can then be linked to any appropriate Omnivex content management application to be displayed or used to trigger content.

Omnivex SQLLink 3 allows you to use SQL statements to filter or qualify data requests for specific data fields. You can select specific rows and columns of data from your SQL query and add qualifiers to limit the number of items or filter out duplicate records.

SQL Link is most often used for displaying:

  • Production figures
  • Quality results - accident free days, benchmarks set
  • Sales figures
  • Water usage
  • Statistics from various sources
  • Almost any data within a data source can be unlocked and displayed

SQL Link enables data from SQL databases to be available to Omnivex Display

Omnivex SQLLink 3 allows you to acquire data directly from one or more database files and make it available to Omnivex DataPipe 3 or other Omnivex applications.
